Raymond Dijkxhoorn is the CEO and a founding member of SURBL, a company specializing in providing reputation data through near real-time feeds. This data is used to secure various digital communications, including email, SMS, and web access, and helps protect against malicious activities such as phishing and spam. He has over 25 years of experience in high-tech engineering, particularly in ISP (Internet Service Provider) and ESP (Email Service Provider) technology and implementation architecture.

In addition to his role at SURBL, Dijkxhoorn is a founding member and CTO of EHAWK, a platform focusing on fraud and abuse prevention, and he owns Prolocation, a Dutch ISP.
